MD. Mahfuzur Rahman

Mr. M. Rahman is the founding Director and MD of HTL. Mr. M. Rahman graduated in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BUET. Mr. Rahman started his career with CITYCELL and has worked as Sr. Management team member for more than 10 years. He has implemented complex telecommunication networks, infrastructure, Optical fiber network etc, Project value of more than USD400 million. More than 25 years of experience in engineering, design, and Project management. He is the guiding light for the HTL team and is responsible for company policies, QA, and business development.
Mr. Khondker is the founding Director and Chairman of HTL. Mr. Khondker graduated in Civil Engineering from BUET. Mr. Khondker started his career with Hyundai Engineering & Construction Company ( South Korea) in 1996 and has worked as Deputy Director in Grameen Phone from 1998 to 2013. Worked as Sr. Management team member for more than 10 years. He worked in Jamuna Bridge project as designer & supervision engineer, he has also implemented complex telecommunication networks, infrastructure, Optical fiber network etc, Project value of more than USD800 million. More than 25 years of experience in engineering, design, and Project management .

Mr. Roy is the founding Director & Executive Director of HTL. Mr. Roy graduated in Civil Engineering from BUET & completed his MBA. Mr. Roy started his career with Design Development Limited (DDC) as a structural design engineer in 1996 and worked as General Manager from 2004 to 2016. Worked Management team member for more than 8 years. He has designed and constructed more than 100 buildings including 20 storied buildings, implemented complex telecommunication networks, infrastructure, Optical fiber networks etc, Project value of more than USD200 million. More than 25 years of experience in engineering, design, Project management.
Mr. Dilir is the founding Director and Executive Director of HTL. Mr. Dilir graduated in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BUET and completed his MBA. Mr. Dilir started his career with Totaltel Privet Limited and joined Grameen Phone and worked as General Manager from 1997 to 2017, and also worked as CTO in Summit Communication. Worked Sr. Management team member for more than 10 years. He has implemented complex telecommunication networks, infrastructure, Optical fiber network etc, Project value of more than USD600 million. More than 25 years of experience in engineering, design, and Project management.

Mr. T. E. Rahman is the founding Director Mr. T. E Rahman graduated in Civil Engineering from BUET as, Certified CCNA, CCNP, CISA. Mr. T. E Rahman started his business career with Spectrum Engineering at 1996 and has worked as CTO of Intercloud Limited from 2013 to 2016, Director & CTO of Novocom Limited from 2012 to 2016. Management team member for more than 20 years. He has implemented complex telecommunication and IT network, infrastructure, Optical fiber network, etc, with a Project value of more than USD200 million. More than 25 years of experience in engineering, design, and Project management.
Mr. Babar is the founding Director of HTL. Mr. Babar graduated in Mechanical Engineering from BUET and MBA from IBA. Mr. Babar started his career with Beximco Farma in 2003 and worked as COO of Beximco Engineering from 2012 to 2017. Worked as Sr. Management team member for more than 10 years. He has implemented complex Pharmaceutical projects in the country as well as outside the country. He has vast knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry, electromechanical system design, and Project value of more than USD300 million.More than 25 years of experience in engineering, design, and Project management.
