Then started the business in telecom sector & provided different telecom services to Siemens, Iteltel, GP, ROBI, TELETALK, BTCL, BANGLALINK . He has implemented complex telecommunication network, infrastructure, Optical fiber network , Telecom network operation and maintenance of different Operators etc. More than 25 years of experience in engineering, design, Project management .

Mr. Radha is the Chief Architect of HTL. Mr. Radha graduated with B. architect from BUET. Mr. Radha started his career with advanced Development technologies and has worked as Chief Architect at Jamuna Builders Limited. He has worked as Sr. Architect for Jumana Future Park ( Build area 2 million sft) , J.W Marriott Hotel, Red Crescent National Headquarters, Metro Rail Project. He has vast experience in architectural design, CODE, and compliance. More than 23 years of experience in architectural design, Project management.
Mr. Haque is an expert in steel Building structural design & construction Mr. Haque graduated in Civil Engineering from BUET. Mr. Asad started his career with SSDD LLC as a structural engineer and has worked in McDonald Steel Building Limited, Zakir Steel Zone Limited. Worked as Managing Director 3Dots Limited. He has vast experience in Prefabricated steel structure design CODE, Compliance, production, construction, and project management. He has successfully completed more than 20 steel structure industrial factory buildings.
